
Our menu uses a colour-coding system to help you differentiate between the different types of teas. We have tried to give an indication of how each tea tastes; what time of day certain teas are best enjoyed; and which foods complement which teas. As a general rule, the darker the colour of the tea, the more robust the flavour and the less inclined it is to be overpowered by strong food flavours, or by adding milk, dunking biscuits, etc. Also, the darker the colour, the more caffeine the tea is likely to have.
All this said, the best way to find out which teas you like best and how you prefer them is to try them for yourself!
