Mixed Berry Bircher Muesli Bowls


Start the day in the healthiest of ways... 


Ingredients, Serves 3 

1 cup instant oats

1 cup of We Are Tea mixed berry

½ cup plain coconut yoghurt

½ cup fresh raspberries (mashed) + extra to top

2 tbsp raisins

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 apple, chopped

Maple syrup, to taste



Chopped apple

Almond butter

Fresh raspberries

Dark chocolate



  1. Put the instant oats, coconut yoghurt, raspberries, raisins and chia seeds in a bowl or tubberware. Pour the mixed berry tea over the top and mix well.
  2. Add a little maple syrup, to taste, then cover and place in the fridge overnight.
  3. In the morning, divide the bircher muesli between 3 bowls and top with chopped apple, almond butter, fresh raspberries and chocolate shards.
  4. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
