This week sees us team up with @nadiashealthykitchen to create a delish dessert with our Moroccan Mint tea. This recipe is also vegan friendly & gluten free! Nadia says: I love mint and chocolate. Chamomile, Lemon & Ginger Cheesecake
We have joined forces with @gingervegan to create one of our favourite tea infused recipes, cheesecake! This recipe makes 4 x 6cm wide vegan friendly mini cheesecakes. You will need: 4 x 6cm wide x 5cm high ring moulds. Or you could use silicone cupcake cases. Base: 1/4 cup almonds 1/4 cup walnuts 1/4 cup dried apricots 1/4 cup dates Whizz everything up in a food processor until finely chopped. Set the ring moulds on small baking tray. Another perfect winter warmer breakfast from @happyskinkitchen read on for the full recipe! This porridge is the perfect weekend breakfast, for those mornings when you have some extra time to make yourself an utterly luxurious brekkie. I love experimenting with new grains in my porridge and millet is definitely one of my favourite as it becomes really creamy but still has a crunch.
