Ingredients 40ml maple syrup 200g oat flour 120g ground almonds 150ml soya milk 1 egg 1tsp vanilla essence zest of one lime 200g oat cream mixed with juice from half a lime sugar free jam Method Preheat your oven to 180˚C Combine all scone ingredients in a mixing bowl Grease a cupcake tin with coconut oil Spoon the mixture into the cupcake slots, making sure each one is almost full but has a little room for them...
