
It's the middle of a heatwave. We're overheating. Bring in the Tipsy Lemonade Ice Tea.
If you’re a tea lover (let's face it, you're here so you probably are), we want to give you as many ways as possible to drink tea. Whether that's in a bake, a cake or a cocktail! Read on for our summer recipe for Tipsy Lemonade Iced Tea.

Cook: 30 minutes
Makes: 6 servings
Ingredients for the Tipsy Lemonade
- 6 oz boiling water
- 4 Earl Grey tea bags
- a squeeze of honey or your favorite natural sweetener (to taste)
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (to taste)
- 12 oz citrus flavoured vodka – Absolut or Belvedere work best
- Mint to garnish
- Ice (ice baby)
How to make the Tipsy Lemonade
- Use freshly boiled water and brew the 4 Earl Grey tea bags for 3-5 minutes OR if you fancy trying out cold brew, add 4 Earl Grey tea bags to cold water and leave overnight.
- Discard the tea bags and pour the brewed tea into a large pitcher
- Next up, mix in the honey or the sweetener of choice
- Chill the lemonade in the fridge for at least 30 minutes
- Stir in the lemon juice and the vodka
- Then top with a good helping ice and mint leaf sprigs to garnish
- Enjoy!
