
Whether you're doing Veganuary or you're plant-based all year round, this Vegan Earl Grey Hot Chocolate by Charley's Health will feed your soul! Time to snuggle up on the sofa with a movie or good book and indulge!
Ingredients:
1 cup oat milk
2 tbsp raw cacao or cocoa powder
2 tbsp agave syrup
1 cup freshly brewed We Are Tea Earl Grey
Pinch ground cinnamon
Optional - vegan marshmallows to top
Method:
Gently heat the oat milk in a saucepan over low-medium heat.
Once the milk is starting to warm through, whisk in the cacao powder, Earl Grey tea, cinnamon and agave syrup (this can be adjusted to taste. Heat until piping hot, then serve in your favourite mugs topped with some vegan marshmallows and an extra dusting of cacao powder.
