This recipe collab with @charleyshealth combines our Sencha green tea into a creamy soup, perfect in the winter months. Ingredients for the pea & green tea soup: 240g frozen peas 1 garlic clove 1 tablespoon sweet white miso paste 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 cup canned coconut milk Sea salt and black pepper to taste 1/2 cup brewed Sencha green tea (1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea) How to make the pea & green tea soup: Add a little bit of coconut oil into a pan and crush in the garlic clove.
