Fun fact: What is the history of Earl Grey tea? The tea is named after Charles Grey, the British Prime Minister in the 1830s who received tea flavoured with bergamot fruit as a gift.

Ingredients: black tea blend (Keemun, Darjeeling, Ceylon, Assam), bergamot oil, cornflowers. Each box contains 75g of Earl Grey loose leaf black tea 

How to make the perfect cup of Earl Grey tea:

Step 1: Use one teaspoon per cup

Step 2: Use freshly drawn boiled water, all black teas can take the heat!

Step 3: Brew for 90 seconds, or leave for longer according to personal taste

Step 4: Milk is optional and you don't need sugar, you're sweet enough! We recommend a slice of lemon to bring out the bergamot oil.

Storage instructions: Keep away from moisture (until it lands in your cup!) We recommend you store your tea in an opaque, airtight container. It might look pretty in glass, but the light damages the tea leaves and subsequent taste. Nooo!
