Our English Breakfast provides a smoother brew with no bitter aftertaste.

What are the health benefits of black tea? Black tea can help to lower stress levels, a study by UCL showed that tea lovers are able to de-stress and lower their cortisone levels quicker than those who don’t drink tea. Win win!

Fun fact: University of Nottingham found that dunking a biscuit improves the flavour. Our favourite biscuit to dunk is a chocolate chip shortbread.

How to make the perfect cup of English Breakfast tea: 

Step 1: Use one tea bag per cup

Step 2: Use freshly drawn boiled water, all black teas can take the heat!

Step 3: Brew for 90 seconds, or leave for longer according to personal taste

Step 4: Milk is optional and you don't need sugar, you're sweet enough!

Ingredients: Each box contains 15 biodegradable whole-leaf tea bags.

Storage instructions: Keep away from moisture (until it lands in your cup!) We recommend you store your tea in an opaque, airtight container. It might look pretty in glass, but the light damages the tea leaves and subsequent taste. Nooo!
