Our blend is packed each June in India’s lush Assam & Darjeeling regions in the North East of the country. A cup of this whole-leaf loose tea is great for any mood at any time of day, promise. Our English Breakfast provides a smoother brew with no bitter aftertaste.

What are the health benefits of black tea? Black tea can help to lower stress levels, a study by UCL showed that tea lovers are able to de-stress and lower their cortisone levels quicker than those who don’t drink tea. Win win!

Ingredients: Each box contains 75g of Assam & Darjeeling loose leaf tea 

How to make the perfect cup of English Breakfast tea:

Step 1: Use one teaspoon per cup

Step 2: Use freshly drawn boiled water, all black teas can take the heat!

Step 3: Brew for 90 seconds, or leave for longer according to personal taste

Step 4: Milk is optional and you don't need sugar, you're sweet enough!
