How to make the perfect cup of herbal tea? Infuse in freshly drawn boiled water for 3 to 4 minutes.

Ingredients:Yerba mate, nettle, dandelion, ginger, fennel, seaweed

Yerba Mate: provides a smooth increase in energy, boosts mental functions and is loaded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Nettle: has a soothing effect and strengthens the immune system, as well as promoting healthy hair and skin.

Dandelion: is rich in calcium, iron, antioxidants & vitamins A, C, K, as well as having anti-inflammatory properties. The health benefits of dandelion include liver cleansing, protection against skin infections, blood pressure reduction and healthy brain and metabolism function.

Ginger: can help treat chronic indigestion, reduce muscle soreness and relieve morning sickness/ nausea.

Fennel: is packed full of antioxidants, anti inflammatory properties, and fibre to help aid digestion.

Seaweed: our tea contains bladderwrack which contains health properties such as support for inflamed joints and a whole host of minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, sulfur, silicon and iron.
